Shipping Policy

We ship via Australia Post and regular mail. 

If you would prefer express post, please contact us for the price difference. 

Shipping is done between 1 and 21 days of your order being paid in full depending on stock arrival and Australia post time frames as well as your location. 

You will be notified of the tracking number when your item is posted. 

Return & Exchange Policy

As we provide a custom printing service, we can only exchange if the product is faulty

Faults include tears in clothing items, stitching not attached, bends or smears in items that are not part of the print. 

Please note for an exchange we require the original product to be returned to us. 

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept exchanges for wrong selection of product size or for misuse of product IE tumble/clothes drying or washing an item in a bleach when directions say not to do so. 

The customer is required to report any faults or damages to us within 21 days of postage from us to you.
